Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the use of and orders placed on the www.portandlemon.com website and telephone/email orders placed with Port and Lemon.  By placing an order with Port and Lemon you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct. As some of our products are made by hand there may be a fractional variation in size and appearance. We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of a change in VAT.  Please note that there may be some variation in the colour of goods shown on the website due to the limitations of photographic and web processes and we cannot be held responsible for any variations in colour that may arise caused by your browser or computer software.

Orders can be processed directly though this web site.  Port and Lemon processes card payments securely via two third party payment systems, Paypal and WorldPay.  All transactions are processed using a secure server.  Port and Lemon does not hold any customer card details and we will never pass your details on to anyone.

We accept card payments over the phone by calling 01329 842418.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and we will notify you immediately. Port and Lemon will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems, failures or sub-contractor transport or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident. Port and Lemon reserve the right to refuse to sell to customers they feel may cause detriment to the business. Port and Lemon goods bought via the retail site is for personal use only.

Port and Lemon are happy to exchange or refund any unwanted non personalised items or faulty full priced items returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused and with tags attached within 14 days, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  Please email or phone us before sending any goods back so we know to expect it.  Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend you return any items via recorded post as we can not be held responsible for any return items that go missing. Please return items to Port and Lemon, Unit 5C, The Tanneries, East Street, Titchfield, Hants PO14 4AR.

Port and Lemon uses a variety of delivery companies to deliver customer goods, these companies deliver within the normal working hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales.

Trade Orders only – In order for us to change you over to wholesale status, we ask that you supply details of your company name and address and links to websites/social networks etc.   Please send the information to us at info@portandlemon.com.  Minimum order applies.

Our terms and conditions for trade customers will be supplied on request for information regarding stocking of Port and Lemon merchandise.
