Personalisation is included in the total price. Please note – a maximum of 3 amendments can be made to personalisation and these must be within 60 days of purchase. Further amendments will incur an artwork fee.
PRINTING
Please be aware that colour will differ from printer to printer and computer to computer. We cannot be responsible for any differences in colour on the design.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Add the Digital Download Suite to your cart and make payment. Then send us a message through our contact page, or via email with all the information below to info@portandlemon.com
1. Names of the people getting married
2. Date of the Event
3. Time and Address of the Wedding venue (and Reception if different).
4. RSVP date.
5. RSVP details ie contact email/postal address etc
6. WEDDING INFORMATION include any information you need to your guests e.g. directions, dress code, wedding gifts and accommodation details.
7. BELLY BAND names and text if required.
8. Email address where you would like the files to be sent.
Once payment is completed and the personalisation requests have been received we will email you a Digital Sample within 1-5 days. Please check your proofs to confirm all details are correct. We will ask you to digitally sign the proof and once confirmed your Personalised high resolution PDF files will be emailed to you.
We use antivirus software on our computers however, we take no responsibility for any security threats that may be incurred.
REFUNDS.
Regrettably no refunds or exchanges are available on Digital Files.
