Join Port and Lemon designer Tracy Evans for 3 hours of fun and creativity at the Port and Lemon studio. Tracy will show you how to print interesting textures and patterns using a gel plate which you will then use to create a fun bird artwork in collage and mixed media. Great for beginners who fancy having a play but don’t know where to start but also perfect for those with a bit more experience to learn new techniques or perhaps use materials they haven’t tried before. This workshop is a wonderful mindful exploration of contemporary collage. Maximum 4 people per session This is a 3 hour workshop Relaxed, fun and intimate environment with a maximum 4 people per session All materials included. Tea, coffee and sweet treats provided. Please bring an apron or wear old clothing as you will get messy. -

- The design represents Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk, part of a collection of three artworks commissioned by The Hold, a new purpose built centre for the Suffolk Archives based in Ipswich. The design features some of the most important places of interest in the town and surrounding area including the Abbey and it's gardens including the ruins, Moyse Hall, Cupola House, The Athenaeum, the Theatre Royal, The Angel Hotel, Bury Records Office and Abbey Gate. There is also the first internally illuminated street sign, the Pillar of Salt which was built in 1935.
